Different from other coconut oil in the market that obtain the oil from dried coconuts, our coconut oil is extracted by pressing the fresh coconut flesh of the just-opened coconuts, yielding a fresher and creamier oil.

What is the difference between Desiccated Coconut and Coconut Shreds?
From Latin desiccatus, (to dry up), desiccated or dehydrated coconut pulp is cut into different sizes and shapes such as: fine cut (very small) , shredded (long and thin), chips, flakes, etc. In New Zealand, desiccated coconut normally refers to fine cut.
Are chemicals involved in the manufacture process of desiccated coconut?
Our desiccated coconut is obtained from fresh pulpof mature coconut - cocos nucifera. Its process is mechanical and does not involve chemicals nor high temperatures.
